Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods (or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or letter). Please contact:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

  • We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return of Goods

  • You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
  • You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • Please ensure that goods are packaged safely to avoid damage in transit. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusions / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or may expire early in the following cases:

  • For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., baby bottles, teats/pacifiers).
  • For goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.
