1. Shipping within Germany

For customers within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95. Orders with a total value of €40.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and handed over to our logistics partners (DHL or DPD). All shipments are insured.

2. Shipping within the European Union (EU)

We also ship to all EU member countries. The shipping cost for deliveries to the following countries is €14.90:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

3. Shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom

For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the shipping fee is €19.90.

4. Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with DHL. The shipping cost for countries outside the EU is €29.90.

This includes (but is not limited to): Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Australia, Belarus, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Russian Federation, South Africa, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, USA, Ukraine.

5. Shipping Cost Calculation

You can easily calculate your shipping expenses in advance: simply place the desired items in your shopping cart. Before finalizing your order, the system will automatically display the total shipping costs for your delivery address and order weight.

6. Delivery Times

  • Germany: approx. 2–3 business days after payment receipt.
  • European Union: approx. 3–9 business days.
  • Rest of the world: up to 20 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

7. Payment Methods

In our online shop, you can choose between the following secure payment options:

  • Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard) – Your card will be charged immediately after completing the checkout process.
  • Bank Transfer / Prepayment – When choosing this option, please transfer the invoice amount in advance. After receiving your payment, your order will be dispatched. We grant a 5% discount for prepayment. The discount is automatically deducted at the end of checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery – You pay the invoice amount directly upon receipt of the parcel. An additional €7.50 collection fee applies to this payment method. Please have the total invoice amount ready for the delivery agent.
  • PayPal – When paying via PayPal, you will receive a 3% discount on the total order value. The discount is automatically deducted during checkout.

8. Taxes and Duties

All product prices include German VAT (where applicable).

Customers from non-EU countries can shop without German VAT. After you have completed your registration in our shop and entered a non-EU shipping address, product prices will automatically be displayed without German taxes.

Please note that you are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and local fees in your destination country. These are not included in our prices and must be paid in accordance with your country’s regulations.

9. Important Information

  • All packages are insured against damage and loss.
  • We use environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

All deliveries are handled by DHL. Worldwide shipping is possible.
